We have 19 Ministry Communities at Saint James. All communities are involved in each of these points of an individual's development- either as part of the effort to invite a person into a deeper life at Saint James as a whole, or as an individual Ministry Community that is drawing a new member into its common life. If we are conscious about looking at development from initial invitation (Evangelism) to Ongoing Formation we will be more likely to be working in concert for the common good. This document is meant to be a shared work so that as it evolves each of us can see how the parts are coming together and what else may be necessary. (Why should we do this?
