QUEEN'S CHICKEN SALAD

This salad was served to the Queen of England in the early 1980's when she visited Charlottesville, VA
Combine the following:
3 lbs of cooked chopped/cubed chicken breasts deboned.
11/2 cup of seedless grapes cut in half
11/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
11/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
3-4 stalks of celery chopped
1 cup of onion chopped
1/2 cup of water chestnuts chopped
2-3 cups of Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
