Prepare Family Reservation signs the night before the service. These are simply 8 1/2" x 11" sheets of Paper with "Reserved for the (name) Family" printed on them.
Place the "Reserved for the (name) Family" signs in alphabetical order in the first pews nearest the font in the main part of the nave.
Move small round table (for bulletins) closer to the side door so that it is not in the way of the priest at the font.
Place silver bowl in font.
Place oval table next to the font with:
Round linen
Silver shell
Silver oil stock
Baptismal towels (at least one for every two candidates)
Silver ewer filled with warm water
Place Paschal candle next to table.
